Our 10 Program teaches children about self care and self healing during a prime neurological stage.
Our children thrive and feel supported with tools in understanding their bodies and how to communicate what they’re feeling. Our 10 program is an essential foundation for them to enter puberty and their teen years with confidence, understanding and a productive way of communicating with you.
10 symbolizes the beginning of a sense of healthy individuality while feeling oneness with God, your family or your community. 1 is symbolic of a new beginning and individuality, 0 symbolic of oneness, special gifts revealed, wholeness, coming full circle.
Our 10 Program includes…
Our program is available in several different formats:
- an annual program to be incorporated into a physical education, science or health education curriculum.
- a weeklong retreat in nature for just children, or for the whole family
- a home study program with online support and references
10 for Adults
10 is actually the basis for all self care and conscious communication. We have an adult format with deeper understanding into the unique roles of accepting our feminine and masculine gifts and celebrating our wholeness.
We present health and well being in a fun and organic format. First you will see and paint or draw yourself as a tree, to connect with nature and observe yourself and your relationships as a living and vital person.
