I took a second class this morning and felt much more coordinated.  Rosemary’s guidance helped me refine my triangle pose.  Amazing how just a few degrees can make a tremendous difference in my lung capacity.  I will be a regular, and was thankful for their $25 introductory week of yoga.  I am also looking forward to attending Rosemary’s retreats.  She has one coming up at the end of the month.  http://rosemarygarrison.com/yoga-retreats/
